Katara is a sought-after coach, author, speaker, and podcast host, as well as theFounder and CEO of Katecha Corp, a technology startup dedicated to expanding access to health and well-being for the Black community. She is also the founder of Katecha Cares Foundation, a non-profit committed to systemic change that prioritizes and ensures culturally responsive care for Black Women's mental and emotional health is the norm. Katara's mission is to prioritize the overall well-being of Black Women through her app EXHALE, the first emotional well-being app for Black Women by Black Women.
